The real Komoot route links Torgny, Belgium's southernmost village, to Knokke. It will be the basis for planning the relays, the safe stretches and the points the van can reach.

    Start · 06:30–07:00

    Smoke & Fire

    Black-yellow-red smoke flares in Torgny on the French border, a megaphone countdown and the Kenyan bracelet handed to runner no. 1 to launch the adventure.

    KM 60–80 · Ardennes

    The Cookie Pit Stop (Coco's Balls)

    A quick carb stop at the support van with Coco's Balls cookie dough to refuel before more climbing.

    KM 130–150 · Into the plains

    The Frozen Stop (Glacyclette)

    The Glacyclette mobile ice-cream bar rolls out: artisan ice cream and toppings to revive heavy legs and treat curious passers-by.

    KM 170–220 · Named sectors

    Each 10 km stretch carries a partner's name (e.g. “The Company X 10K”), with a signature challenge (bonus sprint, team time trial, staggered relay) to grow the fundraiser.

    A festive run through Brussels as a pack: all your friends in the capital join the official runner for a group 10 km with music blasting.

    The Guardian Angels Escort

    When night falls, dedicated cyclists and pacers step in: neon-lit bikes, music in their headphones and a constant presence to escort the runner and keep the route safe.

    KM 280–330 · Towards the coast

    The Heart Relay (Secret Partner)

    Each core team member brings a surprise guest of their choice (a relative, a childhood friend, family) to share their relay and get a mental boost.

    Finish · Knokke beach

    Sunset, Keg & Beach Party

    Everyone together for the last kilometres: barefoot finish in the sand, Kenyan bracelet held high, a DJ set and a keg on the beach to seal the adventure.
